Use Cases and Deployment Scope: We are a mid-sized contractor and we use Contractor Foreman to track project spending and ensure our jobs stay on budget. It syncs seamlessly with QuickBooks and has a user-friendly interface. I have also made use of their handy webchat for miscellaneous questions. There is also an option to run reports which our project managers find extremely useful. This is only a few of the options we use, but as we expand I'm sure more and more of the tools will be utilized. Great product! | Pros: Syncs well with QuickBooks Helps projects stay on budget User-friendly interface | Cons: When entering multiple line items on an invoice, sometimes a line or two will disappear and require re-entry. When adding an attachment, it usually appears as if you've added two attachments even when only one was added. Contractor Foreman has been huge asset to us since using their services. This has helped streamline projects from start to finish. We have drastically decreased our paper waste as well. All files, material quotes, receipts, project costs, and photos are easily saved within the project along with your original estimate. The apps make it easy to use in the field for on the go change orders and estimates as well. I would highly recommend their services.

I like how easy it is to create an estimate in Contractor Foreman, and I appreciate being able to keep all of my customers and leads organized within the platform. The process feels very streamlined, making it quick for me to type up estimates. Additionally, I find the training videos and demos helpful, as they make finding what I need straightforward. Every now and then, there's a glitch with the software but it's always resolved very quickly. Other than that, we don't have any issues.

The customer support chat on the platform is excellent and fast, and the estimate creation process is very simple, as is the project management aspect. All of my guys know how to do daily reports and all necessary tasks quickly and efficiently.
